Our Teacher

Linda Gandy

With a deep passion for holistic well-being, Linda seamlessly blends the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern mental health practices. As an RYT-200 and Licensed Professional Counselor, Linda offers a unique approach to healing that addresses both the mind and body.

In her yoga classes, Linda addresses common mental health symptoms, such as anxiety, depression and stress, through holistic yoga practices.   While yoga is not a substitute for traditional therapy, it can provide a different modality to improve various mental health symptoms. Each week’s class will provide a yoga sequence to address a specific mental health symptom. An integration of mindfulness, breathwork, and asanas promotes not only physical strength but also emotional resilience.

As a mental health therapist, Linda specializes in helping clients navigate life's challenges with compassion and evidence-based practices. By integrating yoga philosophy and therapeutic techniques, she empowers individuals to cultivate inner peace, manage stress, and build a strong foundation for mental wellness.

Whether on the mat or in the therapy room, Linda is dedicated to supporting others on their journey to a healthier, more fulfilling life.
