Legacy Yoga is the new destination of wellness in Frisco, TX, offering therapeutic yoga, meditation, massage therapy, nutrition, skin care, workshops and retreats.

Therapeutic yoga at Legacy Yoga is unlike any typical yoga that you find in Western society today. Our yoga method was developed the way traditional yoga was intended to be, a tool to maintain the quality of your life. Yoga was not created for only those with extraordinary flexibility or stamina, it was created for every body and skill level.

Therapeutic Yoga Classes

Therapeutic yoga at Legacy Yoga is unlike any typical yoga that you find in Western society today. The yoga method was developed the way traditional yoga was intended to be, a tool to maintain the quality of your life. Yoga was created for every body and skill level. The yoga that Legacy Yoga provides is more than just a physical practice, but a meditative practice as well. It works to gently restore your body and mind while decreasing pain and increasing mobility.
 
We use the floor and the wall as well as blocks and sandbags to help maximize the poise.  The yoga mat is a safe place for you to leave behind the distractions of the busy life you live and deconstruct any stress or anxiety you may have.
 
Connecting the body with the brain, restores your body’s natural mobility. Our therapeutic yoga focuses on specific joints at a time with a restorative practice for your hips, shoulders, knees, elbows, back, neck, hands, and feet.

Massage Therapy

There is no better complement to yoga than massage therapy. In the same way that the body benefits from a gentle stretch after a workout, it also needs to be loosened up, so you can feel refreshed and renewed. Massage therapy helps to relieve muscle tension and soreness, giving you an overall feeling of relaxation.
 
Our therapists are specially trained in massage therapy and apply their expert techniques to relax your body, relieve stress and leave you feeling your best!
 
Using massage therapy and therapeutic yoga in tandem can restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit.
